That’s the sort of thing you do the day before Valentine’s day, so they smell nice for the holiday and have something to compare the holiday to. (Going for walkies on Valentine’s Day with mom is way more fun than going to the groomer the day before, as an example.)
Pampering your dog might actually enjoy includes things like a deep tissue massage, creating a cozy Valentine’s Day themed nook in the house for them to snuggle into, or make them some Valentine’s Day treats. You can even try taking those treats on a picnic, combing outdoor enrichment with wonderful flavors your dog will love!
Take Photos
To commemorate the occasion, taking photos with your chi is another fantastic way to celebrate. Whether you are taking photos on your walk, or setting up a Valentine’s Day photo shoot, these are memories you’ll get to keep with you forever.

- Photos with a lipstick kiss on the dog
